True Sight Optical LLC values your satisfaction and stands behind the quality of our eyewear. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage.
- All original packaging, cases, cleaning cloths, and accessories must be included.
- Prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses may only be returned if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or made incorrectly based on your prescription.
- Non-prescription items (such as accessories) may be returned if unused and unopened.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized or special-order products outside of standard prescription eyewear
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect).
Exchanges
- If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we are happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Exchanges must also be requested within 30 days of delivery.

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by True Sight Optical LLC.
